Falling asleep is a completely normal occurrence during tummy time for Waits. Considering he needed the tummy-time neck workout as part of his physical therapy for torticollis, and this was the typical end result, you could say it wasn't usually very productive. :) But that's just Waits for ya. Always so content and patient: "Okay mom, I'll just lay here... for the next half hour... and don't worry, I won't cry...not even a peep... even though I AM getting tired... *yawn* well, I guess I'll just go to sleep right here while you finish making lunch..." Yep, typical Waits!
Oh, and Mr. Froggy (Minnette's stuffed animal) wanted in on tummy time, too. Minnette was so excited to show me that she had put Mr. Froggy on "his mat to play!" Love her.
