My parents recently made a trip to Australia and New Zealand, and were so sweet to pick out souvinirs for everyone in the family. I got a new messenger bag, Kyle got a Kangaroo nut sack (no, seriously. It's what he wanted!), and each of the kids got an Australian stuffed animal.
I think they were happy to have them. The cuddling was instantaneous.
Waits loved his alligator and it immediately became his favorite stuffed animal- you know... over the Whale we spent weeks picking out for him before he was born that Kyle surprised me with in the hospital on Waits' birthday... you know, it's fine though... really, I'm okay with it... I mean, it's really not a big deal... it's just... ::sniff::sniff::
No, seriously, it really is fine. :)
